Atrium Maintenance began with a simple goal: a pair of basketball shoes.

Our founder, Chetan Jolly, was a young and ambitious entrepreneur looking to earn some extra cash. What started as a small hustle quickly gained momentum, fast forward to now where it has grown into a thriving, multi-location exterior cleaning business.

Along the way, Atrium joined forces with Brightside Home Services, a successful window cleaning company founded by Dalton Primrose. This partnership brought together two teams with a shared passion for excellence and a vision to raise the standard of exterior maintenance. 

But the journey wasn’t all smooth. There were wins and plenty of setbacks—but through it all, one truth became clear: exceptional customer service and uncompromising quality of work are what truly make a business stand out. Atrium’s business model became clear; do a fantastic job at a fair price and earn the long term business of their customers.
